My mother was one Stacy's very first Client. My wife and I went into having my mom attend Here On Earth with a lot of anxiety; was this going to be a good place for her? Would she be in safe environment? And would Stacy have the patience to deal with my Mom (who can be difficult at times)?  The answer was a resounding YES. Having my Mom attend Here on Earth was the best decision my wife and I made. Stacy's enthusiasm and compassion for what she does was very apparent from the very beginning. Her caring and thoughtful nature made my Mom feel very comfortable attending Here on Earth. My Mother's 5 years  there were wonderful, she truly enjoyed going to Here on Earth.
 
Stacy and her very talented staff were able to bring out my mom’s very creative side we never new existed. To this very day we have displayed throughout the house some of the beautiful works of art mom created while at Here on Earth. Stacy would host Art Shows at her center to showcase the created works of art, poetry and musical talents of her guest. What a wonderful evening this would be for family and guest to mingle and see the many talents of our loved ones. They would plan field trips to some beautiful places during the spring and summer,  mom would come home and tell us about lakes or parks they had gone to have a picnic lunch and take in the scenery, they would visit with the local senior center for bingo, or just take a ride to the local ice cream place for a refreshing treat. Mom could not wait for the week end to end; she did so enjoy the morning café with her friends. Here On Earth was Moms second family.
If you have any hesitation about having your loved one attend Here on Earth, I can assure you that the quality of care, the compassion and respect Stacy and her staff  have for her Clients can not be matched by anyplace else.

My mother was always a very independent person and when she could no longer drive we didn't know where to turn.  I work full time and it's a long day to sit at home alone for anyone.   We heard about Here On Earth through the Elliot Medical Center in Londonderry.   When I first mentioned it to my mother, she was skeptical because she was thinking of your typical adult day care facility, which she wanted nothing to do with.  This is not like that at all.  It's in a home setting on a beautiful country street.  We set up a 2 hour visit which included tea in the cozy kitchen and a visit from the the piano player who sang only Frank Sinatra songs that particular day. My mother was hooked!  Between the friendly clients and the incredibly kind and helpful staff, she decided she would start with attending 2 days a week and now attends 3 days a week. Here On Earth offers many activities which included going out to the mall for coffee, Barnes & Noble, the Currier
Art Museum, a ride along the coast, to a walk around the neighborhood.  They also have indoor activities like Zumba, visits from musical performers, and Charlie the golden retriever.  They have games and arts and crafts, as well as quiet reading and resting time  in the sunroom.  This was a great fit for my mother, who was always out and about, loves being with people, and enjoys an adventure.  I recommend Here On Earth to those of you who have loved ones that are full of life and enjoy a day of planned activities and are not ready to let life's bumps-in-the-road get in the way.  My mother always says, "every day above ground is a good day!", and she makes the most of every day when she attends Here On Earth.

We have been blessed to be part of the Here On Earth family for 4 yrs now.  Stacy and her team treat our Mom with the dignity and respect she deserves while providing us with the peace of mind that she is being well cared for while we are at work.  She takes a personal interest in each of her “guests” situations and offers much more than daily socialization.  She has extended herself to help us with other aspects of care for Mom which is greatly appreciated.
 
I don’t know what we would do without Hear on Earth and the Angels on Earth that work there.
