Welcome to Here On Earth Adult Day Services, a gracious and inviting colonial nestled in a cul-de-sac neighborhood within Londonderry's apple orchard community.  Set back from the road, Here On Earth is surrounded by trees, flowering gardens and native New England birds.

Established in 2006, Here On Earth is the first adult day program in New Hampshire located in a residential home.  We are an ideal setting for older adults 60+ who have memory and/or physical disabilities.  We specialize in early to moderate Alzheimer's care through our experience and educational background.

Mission

Our mission is to provide affordable alternatives to nursing home placement for older adults with memory and physical impairments. We are committed to supporting caregivers and older adults ability to age in the community.

Our vision is to create a culture that empowers older adults and engages them in meaningful and productive activities that continue to foster their independence and community and family involvement.

Our business is based on three simple facts:

1. Elders deserve the right to “age in place.”

2. Elders deserve the right to choose from a variety of continuum of care options to assist them as they “age in place.”

3. Despite cognitive and physical disability, elders have the capacity to engage in productive and meaningful activity.
